Welcome to Nirvana Northeast – Bon Voyage Tours & Travels. By booking any tour, transportation, or travel-related service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are intended to ensure transparency, clarity, and a smooth travel experience for all guests.

1. About Nirvana Northeast

Nirvana Northeast – Bon Voyage Tours & Travels is a Northeast India–based travel company specializing in customized tours, transportation, and travel management services. We focus on delivering safe, authentic, and well-planned travel experiences across the region.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• Final confirmation vouchers will be issued once full payment is completed.
• Prices may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to changes in government regulations.

3. Package Inclusions

• Sightseeing as per the confirmed itinerary
• Transportation as specified in the tour package
• Daily breakfast at the hotel (unless stated otherwise)
• Accommodation on a sharing basis
• Inner Line Permit (where applicable)
• Driver allowance
• Parking and toll charges
• Driver accommodation and meals

4. Package Exclusions

• Breakfast on the first day of arrival
• Lunch and dinner (to be paid directly by the guest)
• Transportation for Bumla Pass, Pangateng Tso Lake, and Madhuri Lake
• Room heater charges (if applicable)
• Entry fees to monuments, parks, and attractions
• Any personal expenses not mentioned under inclusions

5. Special Note

Transportation for Bumla Pass, Pangateng Tso Lake, and Madhuri Lake is not included in standard packages. The additional charge is ₹5,500 per vehicle (local Tawang vehicle), subject to weather conditions, permits, and availability.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation charges depend on the date of cancellation and hotel/vendor policies.
• No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or early departures.
• In case of natural calamities, road closures, or government restrictions, refunds are subject to supplier policies and are not guaranteed.

7. Changes in Itinerary

Nirvana Northeast – Bon Voyage Tours & Travels reserves the right to alter or modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road situations, safety concerns, or unavoidable circumstances without prior notice.

8. Guest Responsibility

• Guests must carry valid government-issued identity proof during travel.
• Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings.
• Any damage to hotel property or vehicles caused by guests will be chargeable.

9. Liability

Nirvana Northeast – Bon Voyage Tours & Travels acts solely as a facilitator and shall not be held responsible for accidents, loss, injury, delays, or circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with Nirvana Northeast – Bon Voyage Tours & Travels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
